Youth Health Talk

Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.


onlinehealthcareThe doctors are often requested to carry out medical checks for patients.  These are in addition to their normal consultancy hours and therefore are fitted in by the doctors, usually after a normal surgery.  Please telephone well in advance to book a medical so that convenient times can be arranged.  A fee will be charged.

Forms for Completion 

Many patients have forms that need completing by their doctor, e.g. disability allowance and holiday cancellation forms.  These can be left at reception and arrangements to collect them can be made. 

Please note that there will be a charge for the completion of some forms that fall outside the remit of the NHS.
