Youth Health Talk

Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.

Online Access

Patients are now able to apply to Hilton House Surgery to view online certain data which is on their medical records. Should you wish to apply please come to the Dispensary at Hilton House Surgery to collect an application form

You can already go online and see some of the information in your GP records, including

your medications and allergies. From 1 April 2016, you will be able to see even more.

This will include illnesses, immunisations and test results.

Just like online banking, you can look at your GP records on a computer, a tablet or a

smartphone, using a website or an app.

Your surgery has a responsibility to look after your GP records. You must also take care online

and make sure that your personal information is not seen by anyone who should not see it.
